Howdy!
Thank you for your interest in my cybersecurity career consulting service! My name’s Clinton Still, also known as Clinton Metu. I’ve gone through a rebirth and wish to pursue my creative endeavors under a different pseudonym – otherwise, I’m Clinton “still”. With my rebirth, I wish to be a more authentic version of myself which involves self-employment so that I can spend my time and energy pursuing projects and ventures that resonate closer to my soul.
One such problem I wish to tackle with my career consulting service is ensuring new and existing talent in the cybersecurity field round out their skills and competencies in the cybersecurity field to prevent career stagnation and burnout. Additionally, a large contributing factor to burnout is due to existing cybersecurity professionals running “thin”, which can be addressed by ushering in fresh talent that have the technical capabilities to relieve pressure.

I’m a highly-decorated cybersecurity consultant who has over 14 years of IT experience, with 12 years of cybersecurity experience where 5+ of those were years focused on delivering cybersecurity services to Fortune 150 organizations spanning across different industries. My portfolio of successfully handled projects show that I’m a professional who can work on extremely high-paced projects while still delivering ultimate client satisfaction. Whether an organization has been completely crippled and requires a day-one responder to unknown, burgeoning ransomware (NotPetya), a red-teamer to pentest their existing cybersecurity controls, or even assistance designing/implementing/refining their existing cybersecurity operations and controls, I have talents that are the right match for the job!
Furthermore, as someone who does possess the right talents for the job, it’s become increasingly apparent that there’s a talent-shortage in our industry and I wish to help bridge that gap in many different ways. To start, I wish to help council those who are currently in and/or heavily interested in the cybersecurity field and offer a hands-on service where you and I discuss your career goals and we produce a strategy for you to reach those goals. Through collecting feedback and having diverse conversations, I hope to funnel this information into my future endeavors to make sure that my offerings are in line with market demand. Career Consulting
Our 30-minute session will consist of the following:
- Resume Review – Prior to our session, you will email me a copy of your resume for my analysis and revision. During our coaching session, I will explain my revision(s) and walk you through the resume through the eyes of a hiring manager so in the future, you’re more comfortable with creating a resume that’s tailored to the position(s) of your interest.
- Establish Cyber Competency – Based on your resume and previous experiences, we will have a deeper conversation where we identify your strengths and weaknesses. Once we establish your baseline level of knowledge, we can start to create a path forward for achieving YOUR version of success in the cybersecurity field.
- Career Coaching – Based on the results from the previous two exercises, I will create a personalized “Path Forward Report” (PFR), which is similar to an action plan that provides you with a summary of our session as well as my specific recommendations of activities and goals that will move you closer to achieving success. Within 24 hours after our sessions, I will email you a copy of the PFR for your keeping.
